Delays may occur due to production speed. Refunds/cancellations for this reason are not accepted, except for rare cases of Studio cancellation or damage.

If the studio cancels your order due to internal issues, we will process a refund.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and studio. Once the studio release their goods, it may takes 3-6 monthes.

They are mostley from quality studio from china and taiwan. Some of them are also come from Japan The products in our collection are sourced from reputable studios in China, Taiwan, and Japan.
